All damaged shipments must be examined and reported to carrier while he is still there on day of delivery. We will not be responsible for damaged shipments that are not reported to us on day of delivery.

Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms or shipping. Layaway items will be shipped according to the above after items are paid out of layaway.

**Returns: All sales are final. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the express authorization of Loading Dock Antiques, and then only for damaged goods. No cash refunds will be made. Freight damaged goods will be repaired or replaced by Loading Dock Antiques and returned to customer after ample time for repair. Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms.
