"As Is" furniture or beds or items will be shipped within 3-6 weeks unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing, electronic or by mail. Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms or shipping. Layaway items will be shipped according to the above after items are paid out of layaway.

**Returns: All sales are final. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the express authorization of Loading Dock Antiques, and then only for damaged goods. No cash refunds will be made. Freight damaged goods will be repaired or replaced by Loading Dock Antiques and returned to customer after ample time for repair.   Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms.

Option 1....is available if item or total is $100 - $300, balance is due within 30 days
30 Day Option Payable by:
Balance after down payment is due within 30 days.
Option 1 Example: Total Due $300.00
      Down Payment of 25%= $75.00                         1st Payment of 75% of balance = $225.00

Option 2....is available if item or total is $301 and over, balance is due within 60 days.
60 Day Option Payable by:
50% of balance after down payment due within 30 days and the remaining 50% of balance due within 60 days.
Option 2 Example: Total Due $600.00
      Down Payment of 25%= $150.00         1st Payment of 50% of balance = $225.00         2nd Payment of 50% of balance = $225.00

Option 3....is available if item or total is $800 - and over, balance is due within 90 days.
90 Day Option Payable by:
25% down payment. 25% of balance due within 30 days and 25% of balance due within 30 days and final 25% due within 30 days.
(Multiply total amount by 25% to get down payment and next 3 payments)
Option 3 Example: Total Due $900.00
      Down Payment of 25%= $225.00         1st Payment of 25% of balance = $225.00          2nd Payment of 25% of balance = $225.00
Final Payment of 25% of balance = $225.00

Restoration on Iron Beds will not begin until all payments are made.
(If you are purchasing a iron bed on the layaway plan, please understand that....we will not begin restoration on bed until all payments have been made and shipment will not be made until ample time for restoration has been met...usually 3 weeks after final payment.)

If the layaway option is chosen... please adhere to the time allotted for your layaway. If the payments are not made on time or/and the balance is not paid by the balance due date, we will put the item(s) back in stock which will result in forfeiture of down payment and any payments made. 

If the payment is not made within this allotted period following the due date:
1. The transaction will be closed.
2. The item(s) will be returned to stock.
3. The customer forfeits the down payment and any payments made toward the layaway purchase.
Your acceptance of this form via submittal of this form is a binding contract.  Your email address serves as your signature to accept these terms.  The terms stated herein are the only accepted terms of this contract.
