| (If you are purchasing a iron bed to be restored on
the layaway plan, please understand that....we will not begin
restoration on bed until all payments have been made and shipment will not be made until
ample time for restoration has been met...usually 3 weeks after final payment.)
If the layaway option is chosen... please adhere to the time allotted for your layaway. If
the payments are not made on time or/and the balance is not paid by the balance due date,
we will put the item(s) back in stock which will result in forfeiture of down payment and
any payments made.
If the payment is not made within this allotted period following the due date:
1. The transaction will be closed.
2. The item(s) will be returned to stock.
3. The customer forfeits the down payment and any payments made toward the layaway
purchase.
Your acceptance of this form via submittal of this form is a binding contract. Your
email address serves as your signature to accept these terms. The terms stated
herein are the only accepted terms of this contract.

1/4 of balance after down payment due
within 30 days and 1/4 the remaining balance due within
60 days,
and 1/4 of balance due within 90 days,
and remainder of balance due within 120 days.
